Membership Application

On line CED Applications for Retailer’s and Individual Dispensers will be introduced in the near future. For the time being, in view of the supporting documentation required to accompany applications, postal applications need to be made.

CEDAB will give notification of the availability of the ‘On Line’ membership application facility being available.

This form is required for those Retailers who wish to Register their premises. Do ensure that you have completed the form fully and you have included all the required supporting documentation and your payment before applying for registration.

On first registration it would be helpful if application forms for respective Individual Dispensers accompanied your application

This is the form you require if you wish to register as an Accredited Individual Dispenser. Ensure that you have completed the form in full before sending off your application form with your payment.
